**Job Title**:Sales Executive** - IT Solutions (Digital Marketing, Software & Web Design)
**Location**: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
**Salary : 12000/month - 40,000/month**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing, software solutions, and website design services.
- Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Research and identify potential clients (businesses in need of digital marketing, custom software, and website design solutions).
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to expand the company’s client base.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations effectively.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals:
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
- Work with the technical team to customize proposals and project plans based on client requirements.
- Close sales and negotiate contract terms effectively.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies in software and web development.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, identify new opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that sales commitments and timelines are met.
- Sales Reporting & Targets:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal pipelines.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
