**Job Title**: IT Sales Executive
**Location**: Lucknow

**Job Type**: Full Time
**Experience**: [1-3 years preferred / Freshers may apply]
**Salary**: 15000/ to 25000/

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or business development (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience selling web development, SEO, or digital marketing services.
- Knowledge of current tech trends and the IT landscape.
- Existing client network in the IT or related industries.
