As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services in your assigned area. The role requires an individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel and meet clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct field visits to customers, and follow up on leads.
- **Client Relationship**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Market Research**: Understand and analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- **Product Demonstration**: Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients and provide them with the necessary information.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum of 10+2 (Graduation preferred, but not mandatory).
- **Bike and DL**: A valid driving license (DL) and access to a personal bike for field travel are **mandatory**.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Positive Attitude**: Enthusiastic, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
