Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within a designated territory by meeting with clients, presenting products or services, and building relationships to achieve sales targets. This role requires extensive travel, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- **Client Acquisition and Retention**:
- Identify potential clients through market research and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Presentation and Demonstration**:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
