**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

2. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

- Promote our products to customers, highlighting their value proposition and unique selling points.

3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships.

4. Sales Planning and Execution:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
- Monitor and report sales performance regularly.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B. Tech or Marketing, Sales, Business Administration).

2. Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in the battery industry or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
