**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - Insurance

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell insurance policies tailored to customer needs, including life, health, motor, and general insurance.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance plans and explain product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals within assigned territories.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and insurance industry regulations.
- Handle client inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless policy issuance and claim processing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable mode of transportation.
