**Role Overview**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the sales of our financial products. You will be the face of the company in the field and will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business by identifying prospective clients and building a pipeline of leads.
- Meet potential customers in person to understand their financial needs and present the company’s financial products and services.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to recommend suitable products (loans, insurance, investment products, etc.) based on their requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Assist in organizing and conducting promotional events, seminars, and workshops to attract potential customers.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position products in the market.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market needs, and sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the finance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
- A valid driver’s license (if required for field visits).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 Months Experience in selling financial products.
- Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance.
