Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide high-level administrative support to the executives and senior management team.
- **Calendar Management**: Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials as necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external distribution.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records and databases, including contact lists, organizational charts, and other relevant information.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- **Office Management**: Assist with general office tasks such as managing supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a corporate environment, is desirable.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling documents, data, and correspondence.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a professional demeanor, exhibit a positive attitude, and represent the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
