**About Us**:EuroNoxx Reserves Private Limited is a dynamic and innovative company specialising in healthcare, beauty, fashion. We are seeking a seasoned Bid Writer with a proven track record of international success to join our team in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Crafting compelling, persuasive, and well-structured bids and proposals to secure contracts across our diverse sectors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop winning bid strategies.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to ensure proposals are competitive and meet client requirements.
- Managing the entire bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Reviewing and editing bid documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the preparation of bids.

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of public sector procurement processes and frameworks, including but not limited to CCS, NHS SBS, EOECPH, and G-Cloud.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in bid writing, with a significant focus on international markets.
- Proven success in securing high-value contracts across multiple sectors.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant bid management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in sectors such as healthcare, beauty, fashion.
- Familiarity with the latest bid management tools and software.
