We are actively bidding for UK public sector contracts and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Tender Writer** based in **India** to join our team remotely.

**The Role**

As a Tender Writer, you will be responsible for **preparing, writing, and submitting compelling bids** for UK government and public sector tenders. This includes frameworks, councils, NHS, education, and emergency services contracts. You will work closely with the sales and procurement teams to ensure all submissions are compliant, competitive, and tailored to client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and track relevant public sector tenders on UK portals (Contracts Finder, Proactis, etc.)
- Write and coordinate tender responses for workwear and PPE supply contracts
- Review specifications, compliance requirements, and award criteria
- Gather and format supporting documents including policies, case studies, and technical specs
- Ensure timely submission of bids, managing internal deadlines and communication
- Maintain a library of standard documents, templates, and past submissions

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in tender writing or bid management**, ideally for UK government/public sector
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes in the UK
- Excellent written English with attention to detail
- Familiarity with workwear, PPE, or safety equipment products is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
- Comfortable working in UK time zone

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience using tender platforms (Contracts Finder, Delta eSourcing, Proactis, etc.)
- Knowledge of framework agreements and scoring criteria
- Previous experience working with UK-based companies remotely
