**Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies across platforms like **Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter**.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and keep campaigns innovative and ahead of industry standards.
- Oversee and guide A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
**Team Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PPC executives, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Effectively allocate resources to manage multiple campaigns, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.
- Provide ongoing training and development to upskill team members and align them with organizational goals.
**Client Engagement**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, particularly in the **real estate and healthcare sectors**, understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular updates, and actionable insights.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations, ensuring transparency and alignment with client objectives.
**Campaign Management**:
- Oversee the creation and ongoing optimization of PPC campaigns to ensure alignment with client goals and target audiences.
- Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.
**Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content writers, and SEO specialists, to ensure cohesive and compelling campaigns.
- Align PPC strategies with broader marketing objectives and stakeholder requirements.
**Innovation and Growth**:
- Stay updated with advancements in PPC platforms, tools, and techniques, and integrate them into campaign strategies.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency, innovation, and effectiveness in PPC activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Advertising, or a related field**.
- **3+ years** of hands-on PPC experience, with **at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role**.
- Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Experience in client communication, particularly within the **real estate and healthcare industries**.
- Proficiency in tools such as **Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, SEMrush**, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and innovative solutions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
