As we continue to grow, we're seeking a sharp, analytical, strategic, and performance-driven Performance Marketing Strategist to scale our paid traffic acquisition and generate high-quality leads that convert, enhancing our brand presence across all online platforms.

Position Overview:

As our Performance Marketing Strategist, you'll own our paid media strategy — across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms — to drive traffic, leads, and conversions across our English web properties. You'll work closely with our creative, SEO, CRO, and email teams to orchestrate integrated campaigns that deliver real ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage full-funnel PPC and paid social campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Continuously optimize targeting, bidding, and creative to hit ROAS, CPL, and lead volume goals.
  • Own keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign structure for both English campaigns (localization support).
  • Collaborate with the Creative Designer and Social Media Manager to launch compelling visuals and copy.
  • Partner with our CRO and SEO teams to ensure alignment across landing pages and funnel performance.
  • Design and deliver weekly and monthly dashboards using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and UTM tracking..

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven success running lead-generation campaigns in a high-ticket or B2C environment.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio).
  • Data-driven mindset — you can turn performance metrics into smart decisions.
  • Experience managing English market campaigns is a big plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow) or A/B testing tools.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST & 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
