**Job Overview**:
EDDY Pump is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Google PPC Analyst to join our dynamic digital marketing team in India. This role demands a passionate individual who can meticulously monitor multifaceted campaigns, driving optimization through rigorous A/B testing and analytical insights. If you are adept at drawing actionable insights from data to elevate PPC campaigns, we want you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Continuously monitor, review, and analyze Google Ads campaigns for performance metrics, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine ad copies, landing pages, and keyword strategies, aiming for higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overarching marketing strategies.
- Develop comprehensive reports highlighting performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends, tools, and best practices to ensure EDDY Pump's campaigns remain at the forefront.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns and strategic allocation.
- Craft compelling ad copies in sync with EDDY Pump’s brand voice to engage and convert the target audience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant PPC tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Experience in A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and a passion for driving growth through PPC.
