Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Paid Ads Expert to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other PPC channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in driving ROI-focused campaigns, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and continuous A/B testing.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

Keyword & Audience Targeting:

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for maximum reach and relevance.

A/B Testing:

Test and iterate on ad creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-specific tools. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Budget Management:

Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and minimal waste.

Collaboration:

Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to align ads with overall campaigns and brand messaging.


Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

Proven track record of managing ad spends and achieving ROAS/CPA goals

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications preferred

Deep understanding of targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Skills:

Experience with eCommerce or lead-gen funnels

Familiarity with ad copywriting and creative briefing

Knowledge of programmatic or native advertising (bonus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
