Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a decade of expertise in performance marketing with an advanced understanding of Google Ads, campaign management, A/B testing, and driving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, create, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.)
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions while maintaining cost-efficiency (CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other tools
  • Run A/B tests and continuously optimize creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, design, content) to align marketing goals
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and Google Ads best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering measurable results
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing metrics, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time role (flexible hours)

Working Hours:

Part-Time – 20 to 25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
