Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and launch paid ad campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks; define targeting, bidding, and budgeting to align with KPIs like ROAS and CPA.
  • Optimization and A/B Testing: Monitor performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, impressions) in real-time; perform A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and copy to maximize efficiency and scale winning variants.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Build and refine audience segments using first-party data, lookalikes, and contextual targeting; adapt to privacy regulations like GDPR and Apple's ATT framework.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage monthly ad spends (e.g., $50K+ budgets); forecast ROI, reallocate funds to high-performers, and report on cost efficiencies to stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and SEMrush to track campaign results; create dashboards and monthly reports highlighting insights, recommendations, and attribution modeling.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to produce high-converting ad assets (e.g., videos, carousels); ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.
  • Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay ahead of 2025 trends like AI-driven bidding, shoppable ads, and zero-party data; experiment with new formats (e.g., AR filters on Meta) and conduct competitive audits.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with SEO, content, and sales teams to integrate paid ads into holistic funnels; manage vendor relationships for programmatic or affiliate ads.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in paid digital advertising, with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one additional platform; proven success in scaling campaigns with 20%+ ROI improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio), and automation (e.g., Zapier for integrations); basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing pages and SQL for data querying.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving; excellent communication for stakeholder updates; creative flair for ad ideation; adaptable to fast-paced, metric-driven environments.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Digital Advertising, or Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or SaaS ad management, with familiarity in attribution tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends like generative AI for ad creatives or privacy-safe targeting.
  • Portfolio of case studies demonstrating campaign performance (e.g., reduced CAC by 15%).
