**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Creation & Management**: Develop, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns tailored to our clients' needs, ensuring effective targeting, creative content, and optimized budget allocation.
- **Facebook Meta Business Accounts**: Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in setting up, managing, and maintaining Meta Business Accounts, including the creation of Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel tracking.
- **Target Audience Research**: Conduct thorough research to identify and define target audiences, understanding their behaviors, interests, and demographics for highly targeted ad campaigns.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools, providing regular reports on KPIs, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- **Ad Optimization**: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience adjustments, ad creative, and copy improvements to enhance ad performance.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while staying within client budgets.
- **Ad Creative & Copywriting**: Collaborate with our design and content team to create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest Facebook ad policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize ad strategies.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate regularly with clients to update them on campaign performance, answer their queries, and make adjustments based on their feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Facebook Ad Expert or similar role.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Meta Business Accounts and Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
