**About**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Meta Ads Intern** to join our **Digital Marketing team at Gigma**. This internship is designed as an **evaluation stage** for a potential **full-time remote position** in Meta Ads Management.

If you have hands-on experience in planning, creating, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns — this is your chance to prove your skills on real client projects and grow with a performance-driven team.

This opportunity will help you refine your advertising skills, analyze campaign performance, and gain experience in managing ads across multiple industries.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for various objectives (awareness, lead generation, conversions, etc.).
- Research and define target audiences and campaign strategies.
- Develop engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copies.
- Monitor daily ad performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- A/B test creatives, placements, and audience segments to optimize ROAS.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad asset creation.
- Prepare weekly reports and performance dashboards.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- **Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns** (mandatory).
- Understanding of campaign structure, pixel tracking, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- A self-starter who can work independently and deliver results.
