We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with deep technical expertise in Meta Ads to join our growth-focused marketing team. If you have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing complex paid social campaigns, a strong command of performance analytics, and thrive in a fast-paced, product-led environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to meet key performance objectives (e.g., traffic, conversions, lead generation, ROAS).
- Conduct in-depth audience research and develop precise targeting strategies to enhance ad effectiveness.
- Perform ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and making data-driven optimizations.
- Develop, test, and iterate on ad creatives and copy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and analytics teams to enhance campaign success.
- Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure the best results.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Meta Ads account performance and ad delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimization.
- Deep expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategy optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Familiarity with attribution models, tracking pixels, and conversion APIs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar).
- Experience with Google Ads is good to have but not a primary requirement for this role.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
