**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and optimize **high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns** tailored for e-commerce brands.
- Conduct comprehensive **audience research, A/B testing, and performance analysis** to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Leverage **data-driven insights** to enhance ad performance, refine targeting strategies, and optimize conversion rates.
- Manage **full-funnel advertising strategies**, including prospecting, retargeting, and dynamic product ads (DPA).
- Collaborate with **creative and content teams** to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Ensure seamless **Meta Pixel setup, event tracking, and attribution analysis** for accurate campaign measurement.
- Stay updated with **Meta’s evolving algorithms, advertising policies, and industry best practices**.
- **Independently handle client communication**, present performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign success.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing sales and lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience** in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising for **e-commerce businesses**.
- Proven expertise in **audience segmentation, conversion tracking, bid strategies, and performance analysis**.
- Strong proficiency in **Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Meta Pixel**.
- Excellent **analytical skills**, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Outstanding **communication skills**, with the ability to manage and build strong client relationships.
- Ability to **work independently**, manage multiple accounts, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Experience with **Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms** is highly preferred.
