We are seeking a passionate and skilled Meta Ads Intern to join our Digital Marketing team at Gigma. This internship is designed as an evaluation stage for a potential full-time remote position in Meta Ads Management.

If you have hands-on experience in planning, creating, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns — this is your chance to prove your skills on real client projects and grow with a performance-driven team.

This opportunity will help you refine your advertising skills, analyze campaign performance, and gain experience in managing ads across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for various objectives (awareness, lead generation, conversions, etc.).
  • Research and define target audiences and campaign strategies.
  • Develop engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copies.
  • Monitor daily ad performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
  • A/B test creatives, placements, and audience segments to optimize ROAS.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for ad asset creation.
  • Prepare weekly reports and performance dashboards.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (mandatory).
  • Understanding of campaign structure, pixel tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and deliver results.
