**Meta & Google Ads Expert**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting for maximum ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven analysis to improve ad performance
- Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and UTM parameters
- Research and implement the latest trends in paid advertising strategies
- Analyze ad performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize lead generation and sales

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing **Meta & Google Ads** campaigns
- Strong knowledge of **PPC strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting**:

- Experience with **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking**:

- Ability to create **compelling ad creatives and ad copy**:

- Proficiency in **keyword research, bid management, and budget optimization**:

- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns
