Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ads Manager to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing Amazon ad campaigns (India and international markets) to deliver maximum ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) campaigns.
  • Conduct regular keyword research, bid adjustments, and negative keyword analysis.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (ACoS, CTR, CPC, ROAS) and implement optimization strategies.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly ad performance reports to clients and management.
  • Collaborate with the account management and creative teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest Amazon Advertising trends, tools, and policy changes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Advertising / PPC campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns with ₹50K–₹5L+ monthly ad budgets.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, Excel/Sheets, and performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, MBA, etc.)
  • Experience with international marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Helium10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon tools.
  • Prior experience working in an agency environment will be an added advantage.
