Role Overview:

As an Amazon Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for Amazon listings, A+ Content banners, and promotional ads. You will collaborate with our marketing, creative, and product teams to create visually engaging videos that drive conversions and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in video editing, familiar with Amazon's video guidelines, and comfortable using AI tools to streamline and enhance video production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Videos:
• Edit engaging and informative product videos for Amazon listings, ensuring they meet Amazon's technical and quality requirements.
• Showcase the product's features, benefits, and usage clearly to boost conversion rates.
• A+ Content & Premium Banner Videos:
• Create eye-catching, informative, and engaging A+ Content videos and premium banner ads that highlight product benefits and create a lasting brand impact.
• Ensure that videos follow brand guidelines and enhance customer trust and engagement.
• AI Integration for Video Editing:
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Synthesia, or other AI-driven software) for video enhancement, including automated video cuts, text overlays, voiceovers, and other dynamic video features.
• Explore new AI technologies to optimize and streamline the video creation process.
• Brand Consistency & Storytelling:
• Craft narratives around each product, aligning with the brand voice and positioning to create videos that resonate with customers.
• Maintain consistency in visual style, ensuring all videos are on-brand and meet Amazon's best practices for video content.
• Collaboration & Feedback:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to understand product features and brand vision, translating these into compelling video content.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to meet client and internal expectations.
• Optimization & SEO:
• Optimize video content with appropriate keywords, titles, descriptions, and CTAs to improve video discoverability and performance on Amazon.
• Ensure video content is optimized for mobile, desktop, and all viewing devices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Proven experience in video editing, specifically for e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous product videos, A+ content, and promotional banners for Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience using AI-driven video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Synthesia, or other automation tools).
• Knowledge of Amazon's video guidelines (file formats, resolution, aspect ratios, etc.).
• Creativity & Storytelling:
• Ability to creatively tell a product's story through video, focusing on benefits, features, and customer experience.
• Understanding of how to create emotional connections through video content that drives conversions.
• Attention to Detail:
• Strong attention to detail to ensure video accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with Amazon's technical requirements.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to understand brand vision and product features.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
• Time Management:
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon PPC and understanding of how video can contribute to improving PPC performance.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and how video can impact discoverability on Amazon.
• Understanding of the e-commerce landscape and trends in video content creation for online retail.
