Job Title: Junior Video Editor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The Junior Video Editor will assist in the creation and editing of video content for various projects, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling and alignment with brand guidelines. This role requires proficiency in video editing software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the editing of raw footage into polished video content, including but not limited to commercials, promotional videos, social media content, and internal communications.
- Work closely with the Senior Video Editor and Creative Team to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine video edits and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, animators, and producers, to incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and audio elements into video projects.
- Maintain organized file management and adhere to naming conventions to ensure efficient workflow and easy accessibility of project assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video editing and production.
- Assist with other video production tasks as needed, such as shooting footage, conducting interviews, and managing equipment.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in film production, video editing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including pacing, timing, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing work and creative projects is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
