About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Amazon Business Manager to oversee and grow our brand's presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, advertising strategies, and analytics. You will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the Amazon marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end Amazon business operations, including listings, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize visibility and revenue.
  • Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize ad spend.
  • Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and FBA shipments to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ content) for maximum conversion.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales trends, ACOS, ROAS, and organic ranking.
  • Handle account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to align product strategy and operations.
  • Manage customer feedback, reviews, and returns to maintain high seller ratings.
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities through new product launches, marketplaces, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO, and advertising tools (PPC, DSP, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing international Amazon marketplaces (US, etc)
  • Knowledge of Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in Excel/Google Sheets analytics.
  • Creative problem-solving and campaign optimization skills.
