Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned digital marketing professional to evaluate and provide consultation to increase our effectiveness to our paid advertising and social media campaigns. As a consultant your focus will be to review all strategies, tracking systems, and performance metrics with the goal of providing feedback to improve the leads that come in and are fed to our sales team.

This is a part-time, consulting-only position — ideal for someone who enjoys providing strategic oversight and data-driven insights rather than daily execution carried out by our digital marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Review all existing paid ad campaigns and organic social media initiatives
  • Evaluate campaign tracking systems and reporting dashboards
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and ROI
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations and guide optimization strategies

Time Commitment & Compensation

  • Initial evaluation: 5–10 hours total
  • Ongoing consulting: 2–4 hours per week
  • Rate: $17 USD per hour
  • Potential for increased hours and long-term engagement if strong performance is demonstrated

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in B2B SaaS or healthcare sectors
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and social analytics tools
  • Strong ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable feedback
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • References and portfolio demonstrating past campaign results
