**Digital Marketing Expert (Remote / On-site - Bihar)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
- Manage social media marketing — content creation, ad management, audience engagement, and analytics.
- Create and track performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven strategies.
- Demonstrate leadership, ownership, and accountability in campaign planning and team coordination.

**Required Skills & Expertise**:

- Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in Digital Marketing with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, and Branding.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
- Excellent command of analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.(Not mandatory)
- Prior experience in an agency environment is preferred.

**Compensation**:
