Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
  • Manage social media marketing — content creation, ad management, audience engagement, and analytics.
  • Handle email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Create and track performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven strategies.
  • Demonstrate leadership, ownership, and accountability in campaign planning and team coordination.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in Digital Marketing with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, and Branding.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Excellent command of analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any or related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.(Not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in an agency environment is preferred.

Work Location:

  • Remote: Open for candidates across India.
  • On-site (Bihar): Candidates based in or near Bihar can work from our office.
