This role involves coordinating and managing the movement of services, and/or personnel, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining high standards of operational support. This role will also require monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- You must possess the ability to communicate in English in a clear and concise manner with colleagues and clients, both in written and oral form
- Proficiency in telephone communication is a MUST
- Follow established processes and procedures in dispatching operations
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality
- Ability to understand rules and guidelines and adhere to them
- Treat information and data with the utmost care and confidentiality
- Be an attentive listener and follow instructions diligently.
- Identify and address issues promptly, offering effective solutions
- Working knowledge of the logistics industry is preferred
- Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure a stable high-speed internet connection and possess your own Personal Computer in optimal operational condition
- Maintain a noise-free working environment for optimal productivity
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Experience with dealing with international clients preferred
- Data Analysis skills is highly desirable
- Interviews will be conducted via video on Zoom._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
