Remote, India Tristar Management Services Full time ₹ 3,15,000 - ₹ 4,20,000 per year

We're looking for a reliable, organized and trustworthy individual to coordinate and manage client services and/or personnel. You'll help streamline operations, monitor performance, and support day-to-day activities to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage service or personnel movements
  • Follow established processes for Dispatch and Operations
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and drive improvements
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Ensure all information and data is handled with care and confidentiality
  • Identify issues early and provide effective solutions
  • Support a positive, team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Must be comfortable and professional on phone calls
  • Able to follow rules, guidelines, and instructions precisely
  • Audio/Video must remain active at all times during the shift
  • Active listening skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
  • Capable of thinking creatively to solve problems
  • Data analysis skills are a big plus
  • Experience working with international clients (preferred)
  • Follow established processes for Dispatch and Operations
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and drive improvements
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality
