What will you do?

As a Process Associate you will be assisting International Clients primarily based out of US, Canada, Europe and Australia

  • 5 days a week work schedule and evening shift
  • Supporting top executives and professionals from Fortune 1000, Fortune 500 clients and small and medium sized companies mainly in US and Europe.
  • This position consists of back-end/ operations duties.
  • E-commerce processing, Market Research/Intelligence, Email and Chat support (All these projects are non-technical and non-IT).
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Should have sound knowledge of MS Office especially Advance Excel.
  • May perform repetitive business procedures according to specific instructions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Attention to details.
  • Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines in a pressured environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to work successfully in a team and with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year
