**Position: Process Associate - Shopify/Ecommerce Operations**

**Experience: 1-3 years**

**What we are looking for**:We are looking for an experienced Process Associate/Virtual Assistant in eCommerce, specifically on platforms like Shopify and Amazon.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Client as a personal assistant in managing day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.
- Handle **product listings and product repricing** on e-commerce **platforms like Shopify**, Amazon, and eBay.
- Provide customer support, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues on various sales channels.
- Coordinate with Client for inventory maintenance & adjustments through various internal systems.
- Familiarity with tools like **Modlyst**for dropshipping and **Yotpo** for product reviews.
- Manage social media accounts and assist in social media marketing efforts. (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- Support in catalogue management, including product listing and re-pricing.
- Provide assistance in design and strategy for launching marketing campaigns.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly.
- Prior experience in **e-commerce operations** preferred.
- Knowledge of **Shopify**, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
- Knowledge of **excel, google sheets**, and other similar tools.
- Strong organizational and **communication skills. (English)**:

- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas to marketing strategies.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
