**Position Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Responsibilities - Daily management of the online store and making sure that the website is kept up to date with new products. - Plan the execution of new strategies. - Make sure that products are displayed correctly on the website. - Ensure that images of the product are collected before launching. - Working closely with the buying and merchandise team to ensure products will arrive on time. - Support the eCommerce manager with ad hoc onsite projects and web development by submitting tickets to the web development agencies. - Take feedback from the vendors and customers. - Develop promotional plans for eCommerce platforms managing changes throughout the year, ensuring constant communication, input, and feedback from management, buyers, and sellers. - Handle customer support enquiries - Order tracking - Uploading images - Product descriptions - Basic Social Media - Sending out invoices and refunds as require

Requirements Previous experience in support management of an online e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce (WordPress) or Amazon/Ebay Store
