Role Overview:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate significant online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Platform Expert: Apply your advanced skills in Shopify to manage and optimize site content and functionality.
  • Shopify SEO Strategy and Execution: Craft and execute SEO strategies that align with Shopify content management to maximize organic search traffic and visibility. Ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are optimized with relevant keywords to improve discoverability for SEO.
  • Shopify Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for any Shopify POS and Online platform issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to regularly track and analyze performance metrics and execute improvements.
  • Email Marketing: Execute effective E-mail marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices is a plus.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for our website and social media platforms through Text, Images and Videos to drive traffic and sales.
  • Social Media Platforms: Increase brand awareness and engagement on our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Social Media Calendar: Collaborate with the sales team in the creation of a monthly social media content and posting calendar.
  • Social Media Sales/Traffic: Make sure all social media campaigns are effective in communication with our target customers and to drive sales.
  • Engage with Customers: Respond to customer's inquires and address their needs.
  • Other business needs and required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Shopify, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, with a proven track record of increasing online sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Shopify or in the e-commerce sector, with substantial expertise in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in editing Shopify templates.
  • Proficient in Shopify Inventory Module.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with acute problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹288, ₹366,000.00 per year
