**JOB SUMMARY AP**:The AP Associate is responsible for processing and documenting the payment of Enseo’s invoices using the NetSuite system in accordance with Enseo’s accounting procedures. He/She is responsible for processing invoices and other payments correctly and in a timely manner.

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for AP invoice approval process(routed by NetSuite workflow to appropriate approver), coded and entered into NetSuite
- Process expense reimbursements - audit in accordance with Enseo’s travel policy; report deviations for resolution by the CFO
- Propose cash requirements for weekly check runs for approval by the CFO
- Process check runs - primarily ACH, set up in bank system
- Manage Vendor files - obtain W9 and ACH payment info, etc.
- Assist with 1099’s and which vendors need to receive them
- Reconcile American Express charges (company credit cards)
- Process use tax as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES**:

- PC literacy with strong competency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs
- NetSuite experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to use independent judgment in resolving various issues
- Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting/finance
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience with accounts payable

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
