- Collect, organize, and store information using computerized systems and filing methods.
- Facilitate smooth communication within the company to support overall business operations.
- Monitor office supply inventory and manage the purchase of new materials, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Assist in budget preparation by tracking and managing office costs and expenses.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all staff and workers.
- Streamline HRIS processes related to employees and manage interactions with government offices.
- Procure new assets as needed and maintain current company assets.
- Generate daily productivity reports.
- To record invoice entries and account entries.
- Oversee harassment and legal cases involving workers.
**Job Specification**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Com, MBA).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and effective time management.
