Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing office supplies, including inventory and ordering
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, as well as shipments
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Managing and organizing files and documents
- Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Providing support to the management team as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the fashion or design industry is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
