**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate various events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and other third parties to arrange event logistics.
- Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Prepare event materials, such as brochures, presentations, and agendas.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively in basic English, both written and verbal.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- **Online Meeting Management**:
- Schedule, organize, and manage online meetings using platforms like Google Meet and Zoom.
- Provide technical support for virtual meetings, ensuring all participants can connect and participate without issues.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in office administration or event coordination.
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Familiarity with online meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
