**Number of Positions: 01**
- Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, etc.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers and procuring supplies.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Scheduling inter-departmental meetings, coordinating the time schedules with the employees, and arranging food and other necessities.
- Making travel arrangements, booking hotels, etc for meetings.
- Preparing minutes of meeting
- Helping the department heads when required.
- Co-ordinating with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning.
- Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities.
- Managing & executing banking related tasks like Cheque deposit, FD & DD preparation, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Arts or its equivalent
- Min 1 year of proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

**Remuneration**:
Salary 1,20,000 - 1,80,000 per annum.

Expense reimbursement on actuals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
