Key Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
- **Strategic Account Planning**:
- Analyze client data to understand their business, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop customized solutions that meet client needs and align with their strategic goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for account growth.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Track and report on key account performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback to product and service teams to enhance offerings based on client needs and market trends.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
