National Key Account Executive - Modern Trade

     Functional Reporting: National Key Account Manager - MT

     Administrative Reporting: National Key Account Manager - MT

     Location: XXXXXX

     Role Purpose:

     This role is responsible to manage and grow relationship with Key Modern Trade Customers. A strategic

     thinker with strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of modern trade landscape driving sales,

     support account strategies across our portfolio.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

Financial:

Responsible to deliver AOP across MT Chains and brands.

Closing Joint Business Plan with MT Chains.

Ensure Fill rate to maximize business

Customer:

Develop, negotiate and utilize budget for maximizing business goals.

Execute Terms of Trade at the Store Level.

Manage Range, Assortment, Space, Visibility execution.

Conduct periodical business review monthly/quarterly with chains.

Process:

Commercial Hygiene such as Payment Follow-up, Debit Note Collection & Submission,

Reconciliation.

Maintain Master Data Hygiene including Pricing & MBQ

Coordinating with Internal & External supply chain to ensure Fill Rate.

Responsible for PO amendments and GRN follow-up. End to End stock placements.

Responsible to Collect Off-take data and market share data from the respective category team,

analyse and interpret the data and update HO team about the trend.

Analyse Competitor activities and market insights to identify opportunities for growth.

Capability:

Ensure New Product Introduction and placement in Chain.

Key Deliverables:

Sales Targets Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set for the channel, often

measured in revenue, volume of orders, or number of new outlets.

Sales Execution: Maximise Instore execution such as Visibility, Assortment, Promotions.

Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationship with Modern Trade Accounts,

understanding their business needs and objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain,

finance to ensure alignment on goals and execution of initiatives.

     Educational Qualifications:

Graduate / MBA Preferred

     Experience (Type & Nature):

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in handling Modern Trade sales preferably in a FMCG

Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationship with Key accounts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
