The Key Account Executive/Senior Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, understanding client needs, and delivering recruitment solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, identifying opportunities for account growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.Qualifications- Strong client management and relationship-building skills - Experience in recruitment or staffing services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Experience with payroll and compliance management is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field - Salary up to 7LPA
