**Business Development Manager (BDM) Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Business Development team by coordinating various projects, tasks, and initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s client base, enhancing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The BDM Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative functions, assist with client proposals, track business development activities, and ensure smooth communication across various teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Assist the BDM in identifying and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients.
- Help maintain and improve communication channels with key stakeholders.
- Provide support in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and presentations.
- **Lead Generation & Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Track and manage incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up by the business development team.
- **Proposal and Presentation Support**:

- Support the preparation and coordination of proposals, contracts, and client presentations.
- Prepare and review documents for clarity, consistency, and accuracy before submission.
- Assist in drafting and editing presentations for business meetings and events.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate and track the progress of business development projects and initiatives.
- Ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met by working closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Maintain a central repository for project documentation and progress updates.
- **CRM Management**:

- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis from the CRM to provide insights into business development activities and outcomes.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics related to business development efforts.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of business development-related events, such as conferences, webinars, and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, attendee lists, marketing materials, and event follow-ups.
- Represent the company at events and help generate leads or opportunities for the business development team.
- **Internal and External Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the business development team and other internal departments to ensure alignment on objectives and activities.
- Communicate regularly with external partners, vendors, and clients to ensure a seamless workflow.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Track business development budgets and assist with invoice processing as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance, etc.]
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Previous experience in event planning or project management.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, with occasional travel required for client meetings and events.
- Office-based with some flexibility for remote work as per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
