Cash Supervisor

Quixa Hypermart is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Cash Supervisor** to oversee cash operations and front-end activities. The Cash Supervisor will manage customer relation staff, ensure smooth and accurate cash handling, and support efficient front-end operations while delivering excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage **cashiers and customer relation staff** to ensure efficiency and accuracy in transactions.
- Oversee **front-end operations**, including billing counters and customer service desks.
- Ensure strict compliance with **cash handling procedures**, including daily reconciliation, deposits, and reporting.
- Monitor cash registers, resolve discrepancies, and authorize refunds or voids as per company policy.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to cashiers and front-end staff.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or escalations in a professional manner.
- Ensure availability of adequate cash change and maintain security of cash handling processes.
- Coordinate with management for promotions, discounts, and special offers at billing counters.
- Prepare and submit **daily cash reports** and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism among front-end team members.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in cash handling or supervision, preferably in retail or hypermarket operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in billing software, and cash reconciliation.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
