Front Office Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the Front Office team in day-to-day operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure that all front desk procedures and service standards are followed consistently.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and rate accuracy through coordination with the Reservation and Housekeeping departments.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
- Train, motivate, and guide front office associates to deliver courteous and efficient service.
- Verify cashier transactions, billing accuracy, and maintain shift reports and cash floats.
- Oversee night audits and ensure all front office records are accurate and updated.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) for smooth guest service.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and confidentiality standards for guests and staff.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in preparing duty rosters and performance evaluations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
