GRE - Front Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and orientation.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and public areas to interact with guests and anticipate their needs.
- Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized attention, amenities, and services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, etc.) to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and feedback in the PMS system.
- Assist in arranging special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or honeymoon setups.
- Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Manage guest departure experiences, ensuring feedback is collected and communicated to management.
- Support the Front Office in room allocations, upselling, and check-in/check-out when required.
- Prepare welcome letters, VIP amenities lists, and daily guest relation reports.
- Ensure lobby area and guest contact points are always clean, presentable, and welcoming.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
