
Pre Sales Associate

**PreSales Associate **will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This role is critical in ensuring a strong sales pipeline and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
**Key Responsibilities of a PreSales Associate**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess potential clients' needs and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
- **Appointment Setting**:Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about leads and customer interactions.
- **Market Research**: Research target markets and identify potential leads based on industry trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies and share insights from client interactions.
- **Reporting**:Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information, building rapport with prospects, and closing sales.
- **Customer Focus**:Strong customer orientation and a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their educational goals. Ability to empathize with prospective students and address their concerns effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving sales strategies. Flexibility to adapt sales approaches based on individual customer needs and feedback.
- **Bachelor's Degree**:A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
