**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Pre-Sales Associate to join our team at Gravity Classes. The role involves reaching out to students and parents, providing detailed guidance about our NEET and IIT JEE programs, and scheduling sessions to help them take the next step in their academic journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to explain the benefits of Gravity Classes.
- Understand students' requirements and guide them on our NEET and IIT JEE courses.
- Provide information about the programs, faculty, curriculum, and admission process.
- Schedule and book counseling sessions, demo classes, or meetings for further discussions.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and maintain a positive relationship with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and academic teams to achieve enrollment targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and simple manner.
- Prior experience in a similar role (telecalling, counseling, or pre-sales) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of NEET/IIT JEE exams is preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping students succeed.
