- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Assist in the creation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Support the sales team in qualifying leads and assessing opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to drive the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical discussions, and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on pre-sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and objectives.
- Share insights and feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
